Amanda Blair brings fifteen years of experience with people-focused projects, particularly related to health, energy and Information Technology.
She recently led the planning for the operational transition for the new Stanton Territorial Hospital. Previously, she has worked with the GNWT Amanda’s specialty is people-focused projects. She loves to support people through change to achieve the outcomes they want to see in their workplaces, with their clients and stakeholders, and in their communities. Tom Parker has lived in Yellowknife since 2011, working in northern governance and education. Tom brings a strong background in research, strategic planning, community operations, and project management. He is a critical thinker and believes in collaboration and community driven processes. Tom has a graduate degree in public administration from the Local Government Program at Western University. He joins the team as Senior Project Coordinator and can be reached at [email protected]
Natasha McCagg was born in Inuvik on Gwich’in and Inuvialuit lands. She grew up in LíídlĮĮ Kųę (Fort Simpson) and since 1996 has lived in Sǫ̀mba K’è (Yellowknife), Denendeh. A graduate from Athabasca University, Natasha’s strengths are working with communities and organizations throughout the NWT on educational development, facilitation, training, and mindfulness approaches.
